Ordering marketing online is still new for most people, so questions are natural. Here we've collected everything clients usually ask before their first order — from payment and refunds to account access and who actually does the work.
How does ordering work?
Exactly like an online store. Pick a service, add it to your order, and answer a few short questions at checkout — that's your brief. We review everything and start within one business day. No calls or meetings required (though you can always email us first).
Can I order several services at once?
Yes, and it often makes sense — for example, a landing page together with ad setup and conversion tracking. Add everything to one order; if the services are connected, we'll sequence them correctly ourselves.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Email us at order@leadoraweb.com and describe your situation in a couple of sentences. A strategist will reply within one business day with a specific recommendation — no sales pressure, and sometimes the honest answer is "you don't need this yet."
Are prices really fixed?
Yes. The price on the service page is the full price — no hourly billing, no "it depends", no surprise extras. The only way the total changes is if you add optional add-ons yourself at checkout.
When do you start?
Within one business day of receiving your order and checkout answers. If anything is missing (like account access), we'll email you the same day.
How do delivery dates work?
Every service shows a delivery time in business days — for example, "7 business days". The countdown starts when we have everything needed to begin. Most orders ship earlier than promised.
Will I work with a real person?
Yes. Every order is handled by a senior specialist, and that same person answers your emails. No account managers playing telephone.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Only for services that require it (ads setup, analytics, SEO implementation) — and the service page says so upfront. We'll request the minimum access level needed and recommend using each platform's proper sharing tools rather than passwords.
